2002 Pertaringa Undercover Shiraz 750ml, McLaren Vale

In recognition of McLaren Vales tradition of supplying other varieties and regions with our finest red grape,this Pertaringa Shiraz is named Undercover.
Our McLaren Vale Shiraz is planted on the Fleurieu Peninsula in between the Southern Ocean and St Vincents Gulf,the maratime climate is ideal for Shiraz grown on its own roots in some of the oldest soils on the planet.
The 2002 Undercover is made from old vine Shiraz fruit,hand selected from the Pertaringas five decade old vineyard and made by winemaker Mr  Ben Riggs.Pertaringa hopes that this very bottle of undercover can reveal the essence of McLaren Vale shiraz.
